Regular Evaluation and Feedback

Graduates will receive feedback on the quality and speed of their work from everyone with whom they find themselves on projects with. There will be a formal evaluation process conducted on a quarterly basis. At these quarterly evaluations, the graduates will be given feedback by the head of the division in which they are in during that period, highlighting strengths and areas that require improvement. Graduates will also be required to present a self-evaluation at these quarterly evaluation sessions in which they must highlight the elements of the rotation they are enjoying, how the programme can be improved, personal strengths and weaknesses.

The divisional heads who will lead the evaluation sessions will gather information from peers and other directors ahead of the session to ensure a 360-degree evaluation of the graduates’ performance. The primary objective of the evaluation and feedback sessions will be to identify strengths and weaknesses and ways of ensuring continuous growth and improvement of graduates throughout the programme duration.
